Haru Board is a personal board app for organizing routines, checklists, notes, appointments, and photos. You can use the app without creating an account, and the board data you enter is stored locally on your device by default.

Haru Board does not provide account registration, login, or server storage features. The app operator does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

2. Information You Store in the App

  • Routine, checklist, note, and appointment titles, dates, and times
  • Board background words, language, color, font, and sound settings
  • Background photos or board photos that you choose directly

This information is stored in your device or browser local storage to provide the app features. Haru Board does not transmit or store this information on a separate server.

3. How We Use Information

  • To show your daily boards, routines, and appointments again
  • To keep app settings such as language, theme, and font
  • To display photos you choose as board backgrounds or pieces

4. Sharing and Processing by Third Parties

Haru Board does not sell or provide your personal information to third parties. We do not currently outsource personal information processing to a separate processor.

5. Retention and Deletion

Data stored in the app can be removed when you delete it in the app, uninstall the app, or clear browser storage data. The app operator cannot directly access or recover local data stored on your device.

6. Permissions

Haru Board may request file or photo access when you choose a photo directly. Selected images are used only to display them in the app.

7. Cookies, Ads, and Analytics

Haru Board does not use personalized advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy
